I ordered a toy from tomy.com for my son, he’s been glued to it ever since. It was easy for him to figure out on his own, which is a huge win, especially when I’m trying to get dinner made. I was a little worried it might end up being one of those toys he loses interest in after a day, but thankfully that hasn’t happened at all. I’d be annoyed if we had missed out on this one because it’s been such a helpful little distraction.

I had to return a faulty toy, and the refund came through after about a week. It was a bit slower than I expected, and I did need to follow up once, but support was friendly and got it sorted. Overall, it felt like a reliable company to deal with, and I’d be comfortable ordering again.

I just bought a toy from tomy.com recently, i’m really impressed. It feels sturdy and well-made, not like that cheap plastic stuff you sometimes get. My kid has been playing with it nonstop since it arrived, so based on this latest buy, I’d definitely consider getting more from them.

Shopping on the site from my phone was easy. I found the toys quickly and checkout worked without any issues, which was nice. The only annoying part was trying to find the shipping info — whoever runs this should really make that easier to spot. Other than that, it was a smooth experience.

Delivery has been reliable enough too. One box did arrive a bit dented, which made me worry at first, but the toy inside was totally fine. I’d probably order from them again.

I wasn’t expecting it to arrive so fast, but it was at my door before I even remembered to check the tracking. Random detail, but I noticed the delivery box had a tiny blue sticker on the corner, which for some reason stuck in my head. Overall, super quick shipping and a nice surprise.

My order wasn’t updating for a few days and I was starting to wonder what was going on, so I emailed Tomy customer service and they actually got back to me the next day, which was nice because I didn’t have to chase them around or send a bunch of follow-up messages.

The fix took a bit longer than I was hoping and I wouldn’t call it super fast, but the person I talked to was friendly and explained everything in a simple way, so overall I’d say it was a good experience, just needed a little patience.

Picked up a few toys from here they were better than I expected for the price. The quality feels good and everything seemed fair. Shipping was a little slower than I would’ve liked. BUT once the package showed up, I was happy with it.

The box showed up in mostly great shape, and I was pleased with how well it was packaged. Everything felt taken care of, which was a nice relief!

The email updates came quick, the tracking was easy enough to follow, and the box shows up right when they said it would. Everything was in there and nothing got smashed, so that was nice.

Not really much to complain about. It was just a easy order with no hassle, and I’d probably buys from them again.

My kid drops these toys pretty much every day, and somehow they still look totally fine. I’m impressed. If the quality ever starts slipping, I’d probably look elsewhere, but for now I’m happy with them

I bought this toy from Tomy for my 3-year-old because the age range said it should be fine, but come on now, it felt way too tricky for him. Some of the pieces were smaller than I expected too, which made me a little nervous. He got frustrated quickly, and I ended up having to help him almost the whole time. Shipping was totally fine, but the age recommendation just didn’t feel accurate to me.

There were a ton of different toys to choose from, and browsing through everything was easy. I liked that I didn’t feel stuck with just a few choices, because when you’re trying to find something fun...

These have been great for keeping my kid busy while still learning something. I like that playtime feels fun for them, but I can also see them picking up new skills as they go. Definitely a practical buy for everyday use...

I thought it looked really cute on the site and when I checked it out I liked the nice clean look, it’s simple but still and that’s kind of what I was hoping for
